These grips are a one-piece design with a screw hole in the bottom. Not 2 halves / sides.
A quick bit of research says should work for a
High Standard Model: Sentinel Deluxe R-102, R-103 R-106 R-107 R-108
will also work for a DAN WESSON. Model: 15, 9 & 14 but note it has a High Standard Medallion
